As we continue to grow and spread the word about the future we envision, Mergify is looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to the CEO to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with our leadership, contributing to the success of our company by providing critical support in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
The responsibility includes:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, ensuring optimal organization and prioritization of appointments, meetings, and events;
- Prepare and edit documents, such as letters, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and professionalism;
- Track, organize, and submit expenses for approval or reimbursement;
- Follow up on unpaid invoices, liaising with customers and internal teams as needed;
- Assist with project coordination, ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholders are informed of updates;
- Provide research support for various projects and initiatives;
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, fostering strong communication and collaboration.
Whatβs it like to work at Mergify?
Preferred Experience
- At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, supporting C-level executives;
- Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively;
- High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools;
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to anticipate the needs of the CEO;
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Bonus Point
- Experience in the tech or SaaS industry;
- Familiarity with additional software or tools such as Slack, Zoom and Notion.
- Previous remote work experience.
